Our chef has taken years to experiment and perfect each recipe. Our proprietary rhema flavor is a delicious mix of spicy, salty and a bit sweet. Our suya comes in traditional flavors of spicy briquetterie and the more sweet-inclined, bastos. Try both. We promise you’ll be satisfied.

The tender meat of the Cornish hen has a subtle, more delicate flavor than that of a regular chicken. Subtly crispy on the outside well soaked in spices on the inside.
Suya is the undisputed king of West African street food. Usually served on a skewer, it’s spicy, smoked beef with a side of raw onions and pepper.
